Eligibility and Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These include:

Opened or used beauty products

Digital or downloadable items

Clearance or final‑sale items

Gift cards

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

If you need a different colour, size, or variant, you can request an exchange within the same 30‑day window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Faulty items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Change‑of‑mind returns: A flat $8.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Faulty or incorrect items: Return shipping is free.
